Conference Style
Single table format to promote open discussion, traditionally used for boardroom meetings. Perfect for smaller groups of between 4 and 20 people.
Theatre Style
No tables, seating side by side for shorter meetings or for events where note taking isn't necessary. Large volume audiences.
Hollow Square
Similar to a conference style set-up, this style is used to promote open discussion between participants, used for larger groups of between 20 and 40 people.
U-Shape
Ideal for instructive meetings and presentations where all participants make notes. Facilitates open discussion and gives an unobstructed view of presenters and/or audio-visual equipment.
Chevron
Similar to theatre style, no tables for note-taking by participants. Encourages audience interaction.
Round Tables
Best for presentations which involve smaller group discussions as part of event, and break out sessions. Enables small discussions and workgroups.
